Birthplace: King City, Ontario
Home: King City, Ontario
Age: 21
Years pro: 2
Favourite trick: “Blind 180. I just learned Toeside 3s and Heelside 3s and I haven’t thrown them in a comp yet because they’re not that consistent, but that’s my plan.”
Superstition: “Caffeine is bad, and sugar messes me up too. So I don’t drink stuff like that before I ride.”
Wakestock highlight: The 2005 Women’s Expression Session champ and ’06 runner-up loves both the riding and the after-hours shenanigans: “Not one that can be printed, that’s for sure.”
Favourite food: Salsa and chips
Favourite band/musician: None: “I don’t even have an iPod. I listen to the radio.”
What would you never wear to Wakestock? “Gator sandals. [Crocs] Oh, my God. They’re awful — those rubber things with the holes. They’re frickin’ everywhere, man. If you ever catch me wearing those, you can punch me in the face.”
Where will you be in five years? “I could be in Africa helping out. I have no idea.”
