
Passing
- Grip the ball with your index finger and hold your thumb in a “V” shape with your fingers on the laces of the ball. Apply pressure on your fingertips, but keep your palm off the ball.
- Spot your target and point your non-throwing shoulder towards it.
- Transfer your weight from back to front foot, twisting your torso as you follow through.
- Roll your wrist as the ball is leaving your hands. Finish the pass with your palm facing the ground.
