KICKING

  • Plant your non-kicking foot next to ball, knee slightly bent, with all of your weight on that foot.
  • Keep your balance with your arms at your sides.
  • Bend kicking knee and draw it back, locking your ankle with your toes pointed downward.
  • With your eyes on the ball, whip your kicking leg toward the ball, kicking with your shoe's laces.
