Draft down-low: The Titans are in rebuilding mode, and after attempting to go with stopgap veterans, the talented Vince Young has been given the keys to the franchise. Young is one of the most exciting quarterbacks in college football last year. In college, he almost single-handedly defeated University of Southern California (USC) in a 2005 Rose Bowl performance for the ages and he has gone 1-3 as a starter.

Football forecasting: Firmly in the mode of a running quarterback, Young has unique delivery and speed that should serve him well as he dodges defenders and runs for his life — and yards. However, the Titans have two coaches who know what they're doing with this galloping great — they coached Jeff Fisher who got to a Super Bowl with the similarly-skilled Steve McNair, and offensive coordinator Norm Chow is an offensive wunderkind. The future of Young and the Titans is bright.
